Monique DeRizzio is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced specialization in both orthopedic rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy. She brings a whole-body, integrative approach to her care, helping patients recover from surgery, manage chronic pain, and restore optimal movement patterns. Her clinical expertise spans across musculoskeletal health, pre/postnatal care, and functional rehabilitation, with a particular focus on addressing complex pelvic floor conditions in both men and women.

She is certified through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) in Dry Needling, and holds advanced pelvic floor certification through Herman & Wallace. In addition to her physical therapy credentials, Monique is also a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and utilizes hands-on techniques alongside Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training and pregnancy/postpartum-specific interventions to support strength, mobility, and quality of life at every stage.
